We are a group of real estate investors. We consider ourselves to be a full scale operation. Our portfolio consists of Fix & Flips, Long Term Rentals, & Short Term Rentals. We acquire properties for our portfolio with cash purchases, or by crafting creative financing deals with the seller.

We have specific criteria for our own purchases, but also have additional ways we can help you get your properties sold. Because of our professional reputation, we have created strong direct relationships with some of the largest private equity firms and property management companies in the country. In addition to these direct relationships, we also are members on InvestorLift, meaning we have access to thousand of buyers instantly.

What does this mean for you? This means that even if you come to us with a property that doesn’t fit our portfolio needs, we may be able to offer a JV opportunity to help you get the property sold. Either way, our team becomes the end buyer, there is no reassigning of the property.
